Ralph Fuccillo brings over 35 years of hands-on experience founding, scaling, and selling trade-based businesses. Unlike consultants who have never managed a crew or dispatched a fleet, Ralph has lived the lifecycle of the "Owner-Operator."

Ralph founded RCF Fuel Oil Corp, growing it from a startup to a major regional provider with 3,500+ accounts before successfully acquiring competitors and executing a strategic exit. Subsequently, as a Partner at Affordable Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, he oversaw the company’s expansion into commercial markets and new residential developments, eventually guiding the firm through a successful sale to a franchise-model buyer.

He specializes in the mechanics of trade profitability—labor negotiations, supply chain logistics, fleet management, and recurring service contract structuring. At NextArc, Ralph leads the Operational Audit and Infrastructure Build phases, helping owners optimize their "engine room" to support scalable growth and withstand the scrutiny of institutional buyers.
