As the Founder and Managing Director of NextArc Leadership Solutions, he serves as a trusted confidant to "name brand" CEOs, Private Equity Managing Directors, and elite athletic coaches. Gerry is a four-time entrepreneur who has successfully founded, scaled, and sold multiple firms, including LeadFirst Learning Systems and Collegiate Research Services (acquired by R.R. Donnelley & Sons).
