Daniel Barr is a Senior Consultant at NextArc Leadership Solutions and the Founder of Barr Resources, a boutique executive search firm specializing in global Human Resources leadership.

 

With over four decades of experience, Dan is a recognized expert in building high-performance cultures and elite talent engines. His career includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer for First USA, where his recruitment strategies were cited as industry benchmarks in McKinsey’s "War for Talent" study.​

 

A veteran of PepsiCo and Blockbuster Entertainment during periods of massive growth, Dan has a proven record of scaling complex organizations. He previously served as Managing Partner and Global Practice Head at CTPartners following the acquisition of his firm, Feehan Barr Partners.

 

Dan holds a B.S. from Cornell University and is a frequent lecturer on industrial and labor relations. He is based in Wilmington, Delaware, and New York City.
