WorkPlace Big 5 Assessment
This statistically valid and reliable self-assessment is based on the well-researched scientific model that describes personality through the (Big Five) factors and each of their two aspects.

The assessment only takes 15-20 minutes to complete. The resulting report provides a comprehensive description of the factors and aspects of one's personality. For example, a participant can learn how agreeable they are relative to others, and how their Agreeableness breaks down into the aspects of Compassion and Politeness (deference to authority and social norms). They will also learn how these aspects of their personality influence how they act towards and react against the various people and situations they find themselves interacting with every day, both professionally and personally.

Leadership Multi-Rater Report 360
The Leadership Multi-Rater Report 360 is designed to provide a deeper understanding of how individuals are observed in the workplace and ultimately help them improve performance. The 360 ͦ report is easy to understand and shows participants how different people perceive them across various critical competencies (behaviors). The report will become their guide for continued growth.
